Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, send it automated or bulk requests, or try to reach any part of it other than through the pages and forms we provide.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

Information on the site

The content on this site is general information about influencer marketing and our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete or free of error, and it is not professional advice.

Market figures, price ranges and campaign results are given as a guide. Follower counts and other figures about creators are approximate, were correct when written, and change over time.

Our services

This website describes what we do, but it is not an offer or a contract for work. A quote we send in reply to an enquiry is an estimate until it is agreed in writing. Every campaign we take on is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, timing, fees and each side's responsibilities.

Creators and brands named on the site

Creators are featured on this site to show the kind of talent we work with. Being featured does not mean a creator is exclusive to us, available for a particular campaign, or endorses any brand.

Brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their owners. They are shown to describe work and clients we have been involved with, and do not mean that any brand endorses us.

If you are a creator or a brand and would like something about you changed or removed, email us and we will look at it promptly.

What you send us

When you send us a form, you confirm that what you give us is accurate, that it is yours to share, and, for any file you attach, that you have the right to send it to us. Please do not send anything unlawful, harmful or that belongs to someone else without their permission.

Sending an influencer application does not mean we will represent you or put you forward for any campaign. We review each application and may decline one without giving a reason.

How we use and protect what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to KOL Digital or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as creators' social media profiles, WhatsApp and the sources of figures we quote. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including its availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

If you are dealing with us as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your rights under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are dealing with us as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you live.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
